Clean with nice staff, but barebones amenities. Extended stay hotel? NO. No plates, cups, silverware, glasses, pots or pans. Had to call front desk for cups. Came up with two plastic cups. No hair dryer, had to go to the front desk to get one. No pen or pencil or pad of paper. One soap and one shampoo, nothing else. Looked like the place was robbed. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. This hotel advertises breakfast was included, however breakfast consisted of two or three granola bars and packaged muffins at best. The pool was beautiful, but they closed it on our second day there even though it was mid September and the temperatures were in the 90's.
Clean rooms, very good location for the new Braves ballpark. It is mostly a self service hotel but the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Check in was slow. There was a note on counter to dial 0 for help. Problem was their wasn’t a phone that I could find to dial 0. This note was up throughout my visit. Breakfast was referred as grab and run and that was basically what it was. It had packages muffins coffee and granola bars. It would have been nice to have juice and cold water. Extremely close to Suntrust Park Extremely close to Suntrust Park(walking distance), clean and quiet location. Breakfast options could be better given the price of the night!
The young lady at the desk was very respectful and courteous.
