The staff is amazing and so friendly!
The rear entrance did not appear to lock securely, which raised concerns about guest safety since it seemed that anyone could enter the building. The mattress was not very comfortable and felt overly firm, as if the springs were very noticeable. The building also produced loud mechanical or structural noises throughout the night, possibly due to proximity to an electrical or utility room, which made it difficult to sleep. The facility and the room that I was assigned were clean. Just as they have been during each of my visits to that particular facility. But what sets this particular hotel apart in my opinion, is its staff. As I mentioned previously, I've stayed at that particular facility many times. And the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Which is a very big plus in my opinion.
