very hairy overall you got what you paid for I didn't expect anything more for $65/night. the bathroom had hair in the tub, on the floor, the bed had hair in and on it, black specks on the sheets, the smell was awful.

In the Process of Improving The hotel facility needs work, but you could tell something was being done about it. The room was very clean, but there were some problems, which the staff quickly rremedied-- with an sincere apology. When I was checked out the GM made time to speak and I could tell he really listen to what I had to say. and then even helped me with my bags! He told me was new, but working very hard to improve the hotel and I could tell he was. I look forward to staying there next time I'm in the area.

Extened stay america I didn't realize that Homestead was actually Extended Stay America. It took a while to get there because of that. But the hotel personnel were very friendly in helping me locate their facility. I had a pleasant experience overall. We were snowed in there and it would have been better in the hotel had like a bar or maybe something to do in the common area.

Re-booking was better This was a very suitable extended stay facility. I was originally booked about a mile away at a different Extended Stay location at 1967 Leland Dr. Upon our arrival there, we found very subpar accommodations. The furnishings were old and worn, as well as the room itself. I have frequented Extended Stay's in the past, and this place was totally unacceptable! Nice and Quiet I live nearby my power and water was shut off at my townhouse for week due to the cold weather. Extended Stay was a perfect place to stay. Reasonable, close to my townhouse, very convenient kitchen and a laundry room all was clean and comfortable.

The signage was not visable from power ferrys road. The first floor looked fine the third floor looked old and dated and smelled like stale cigarettes

Put me at peace The customer service was phenomenal! I arrived in town early morning for an interview scheduled for 10am but early check in was not available until after 11am. The front desk service put me at ease so I was able to concentrate on my interview. I was upgraded to a suite which I only had to pay the difference of the original room I booked. Once I arrived in the suite a courtesy call was made on the comfort and cleanliness of the room. I had no complaints and I was impressed about the follow up call. I also like... read more
