Hotel Motel Extended Stay When..... . this place is well hidden off major roads, which I happen to prefer so I loved it. Although not a 5 star rating it definitely was worth what I paid through expedia but too expensive w/o some type of price break. The stairwells were a bad reflection of the rest of this place but other thar that the staff was friendly my dog was welcone and that's the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend this place Slo,~

Friendly staff/ Nice hotel Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and nice. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. Room was nice and clean. The only complaint is how hard it was to find the hotel. It sits back off the road and there is no visible sign to let you know where to turn. I would definitely stay here again!

It's can be difficult to find. I stayed at this hotel as the result of an emergency family event and had trouble finding the hotel. I found another Extended Stay America down the road and went there to find where I actually had reservations. The hotel is located in a quiet area off the main road and is inhabited by travelers and residents alike. Would stay here again I was a little nervous after reading some comments but was very pleased with this hotel. If you are expecting the Ritz, pay for the Ritz. If you want a clean and quiet room with all the basic amenities at a fair price, this is a great choice. It is hard to find, I will grant you that. I ended up going to the wrong one down the road but they quickly got me straightened out. There isn't daily room service but I prefer that. They also don't supply any toiletries beyond hand soap so be prepared for that. I ... read more
very hairy overall you got what you paid for I didn't expect anything more for $65/night. the bathroom had hair in the tub, on the floor, the bed had hair in and on it, black specks on the sheets, the smell was awful.

In the Process of Improving The hotel facility needs work, but you could tell something was being done about it. The room was very clean, but there were some problems, which the staff quickly rremedied-- with an sincere apology. When I was checked out the GM made time to speak and I could tell he really listen to what I had to say. and then even helped me with my bags! He told me was new, but working very hard to improve the hotel and I could tell he was. I look forward to staying there next time I'm in the area.
