Hotel is isolated on a side road behind a gated residential community--long walk to retail and not many options close by. Adequate for one night; highway noise is masked well on the inside but noisy guests and strong smells in hallways made it feel like an apartment building, which makes sense for those using it for an actual "extended stay." Coming through the lobby was fine. You could tell our room had been smoked in. As it smelled of smoke. The front desk employee was very nice. We

You should train Sharon Mobely NOT to be rude to quests and NOT to yell at guests on the phone. Further, whomever the African American male that worked with her on 9/22 (AM) was quite rude and disrespectful as he made faces and sly remarks about my private matters.
