I appreciate that the front desk stayed late for our very late check in coming from NC. We cut it close but made it. Overall it was a good stay and comfortable.

This place is good for just what it is, a place to sleep nothing more nothing less. The room I was in really needs an update. The carpet in the hallways was in need of cleaning and vacuuming bad! Never seen a hotel carpet that bad in the hallway. I would not want to stay there more than one night.

Hopefully not typical of chain….. Trouble with checking in with dogs (charges), lobby door disabled, smelled like marijuana, run down and in need of many cosmetic repairs Room was outdated and stained. Kitchen area seemed clean but so stained and worn that use was worrying.

Hotel is isolated on a side road behind a gated residential community--long walk to retail and not many options close by. Adequate for one night; highway noise is masked well on the inside but noisy guests and strong smells in hallways made it feel like an apartment building, which makes sense for those using it for an actual "extended stay." Bed was clean and comfortable; bathroom and kitchen areas deserve a renovation (weird solid surface counter and tub/shower felt unclean and kitchen counter had scorch marks); no kitchen... read more
