The a/c broke down the first day we got there and no one to fix it and horrible smell in the hall

That's the most important part very clean 2 staff members very friendly. A young man who made courtesy call It was very pleasant. A a lady who clean out side and showed to be very pleasant. Need more staff members like them...

Everything was all good! Clean, quiet,like studio apartments, the way the rooms are set up,I would definitely be back!!

The hotel was the best ESA as far as clean & efficent. I applaud the staff for trying to keep clean outside area - where disgusting people throw open food containers & trash out in parking lot & in front of hotel. Rooms are actually cleaned -& vacuum w floor mopped also. Corridors also cleaned

I had a few minor issues at first but Todd went above and beyond to correct them and made me feel welcome. He also checked to make sure my expectations were met. Very good customer service from him. I enjoyed my stay.
