No reliable internet service I have had several lengthy stays for business at this hotel over the past six months. As with my previous visits, the "free internet in-room service" is consistently problematic. The Ethernet connection doesn't work. While the front office staff has a limited number of WiFi routers for guests, they don't always work due to the unreliability of the signal. We really enjoyed the location of the property since it was nearby restaurants and shopping. The property itself was nice; however, some of the rooms had a very strong smell of vinegar. My stepdaughter changed rooms twice because of the odor. It was explained that they used vinegar in their cleaning solution for hard to clean rooms. Also, upon check in, we were informed that our standard room was not available and therefore we would be placed in an upgraded room (nice!). Nice family oriented hotel I stayed with my wife and two kids and we simply loved this hotel. Very nicely located close to many shops and restaurants (there is a great Cuban restaurant called Coco Cabana less than two miles away) and a great attraction like Stone Mountain (15 minutes away). The hotel is right next to interstate 285, which makes moving around Atlanta a breeze. Staff was great, very lovable. It has a nice pool with BBQ and party area, exercise and laundry room. Eh... This hotel wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Small rooms and small parking lot. Meager breakfast offerings and service. Everything was just...eh.
