Good place hotel Beautiful, close to the embassy and very goo place.
Huge pet fee While booking with hotels.com we made sure to mention we needed a room with a dog. When we arrived to checked in the pet fee was nearly 100% of the room charge. We expected a charge but that was excesive.The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise the room was well kept and very nice.
wonderful experience Great location very clean I plan on coming back again ...two thumbs up ...it all most feels like you're home.
No reliable internet service I have had several lengthy stays for business at this hotel over the past six months. As with my previous visits, the "free internet in-room service" is consistently problematic. The Ethernet connection doesn't work. While the front office staff has a limited number of WiFi routers for guests, they don't always work due to the unreliability of the signal. We really enjoyed the location of the property since it was nearby restaurants and shopping. The property itself was nice; however, some of the rooms had a very strong smell of vinegar. My stepdaughter changed rooms twice because of the odor. It was explained that they used vinegar in their cleaning solution for hard to clean rooms. Also, upon check in, we were informed that our standard room was not available and therefore we would be placed in an upgraded room (nice!). very noise on weekends This OK but over the weekend it was extremely loud. Poor sound proofing between rooms! During the week, much less noisy
