I stayed two separate weeks out of three. First stay was on the first floor. Room was lovely, staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff is sometimes hard to find as there's only one person manning the desk, so sometimes it's a wait. They lock you out after 11pm, even if you have a key!!! That's ridiculous! Second stay found me on the third floor. Hallway was unkempt and the room, although clean, was in need of much repair. You get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend this for a female traveling alone. A lot of business men that stay here. Some men are creepy and stare at you the whole time. I returned one night, parked on the side where I had been parking to enter side door. And this man walking also into the complex followed me to my parking space and stood behind my car. Less to be desired. The area was very nice. But the service was not so friendly, we arrived at 615pm. The bed was extremely hard with evidence of a spill on the leather recliner. No issues with bathroom. The mini kitchenette that is in there comes with nothing. The morning staff...he was very friendly and pleasant.

Needs work I don't know if the staff just don't care or just what. Every time I have come here it seems like every pot handle is loose. I am always having to bring tools with me to make sure that my pots and pans don't fall apart while I use them. Service used to bring the requested items to your room and now they have you pick them up at the front desk. The smell of the facility was much better this time and the cleanliness was good. The room was clean, the desk service was very good. I spent over 2 weeks here and never had a problem. The only thing I'd complain about was the stale smell of cigarettes the first few days. It was not overwhelming but I'm sensitive ... I almost complained but I didn't because what were they going to do? It's not the Ritz but I was happy with it for what I paid.
