Needs work I don't know if the staff just don't care or just what. Every time I have come here it seems like every pot handle is loose. I am always having to bring tools with me to make sure that my pots and pans don't fall apart while I use them. Service used to bring the requested items to your room and now they have you pick them up at the front desk. The smell of the facility was much better this time and the cleanliness was good. The room was clean, the desk service was very good. I spent over 2 weeks here and never had a problem. The only thing I'd complain about was the stale smell of cigarettes the first few days. It was not overwhelming but I'm sensitive ... I almost complained but I didn't because what were they going to do? It's not the Ritz but I was happy with it for what I paid.

Hotel was near shopping (Perimeter Mall). The room was spacious and clean. There is no dishwasher in the room which was a negative. TV channels are slim only 24 and 6 of those are sports. Staff was friendly. I would return to this location.

Upon arrival , hotel appeared clean and well kept . My room was half cleaned , bathroom sink was cracked . They don’t do daily house keeping, have to return dirty linen to get new linen , the bed was terrible , only gave 2 pillows . Hardly anybody at the front desk when you needed something. Not the worse stay ever but close .
