My favorite ESA property so far Way cleaner than the property next door. Slightly better upkeep. They check the rooms before you leave at checkout, but there are still a few issues in the room at checkin, so maybe there are some rooms that don't get checked, and the cleaning staff should be noticing and reporting them if so.
