I recently stayed at Extended Stay America and had a great experience from beginning to end. The property was clean, organized, and easy to get around. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a longer stay — the kitchenette was a huge plus, everything worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was outstanding. I was there for about 4 weeks and my room was not cleaned not once.

The person who checked me in was great. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was fine, the sheets & towels were clean. The room was WAY too hot. But there wasn’t a single amenity: no coffee, no soap. Not even a teaspoon. Don’t think it would be great for someone looking for an extended stay.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to look at a dirty floor and had to take the blanket off the bed because it smelled.
