Reggie was extremely nice. Great stay. Nice people.
Comfortable parking , peacefulness , close by Cumberland mall .
The staff was top notch and bent over backwards to assist you in your room.
Cleaner than other Extended Stay locations. Room was large and comfortable and staff was friendly.
Generally a nice clean place with pleasant staff. My only gripe was really slow internet, almost useless if you want to stream anything like netflix.

Staff is on point. I have only positive things to say about the staff. I was checked in early which was huge. The room was clean however, in need of some improvements. The AC was not working well at all. I didn’t complain to the desk as it was late when I returned in for the night.
