Only problem we had with room was that air conditioner was leaking on carpet and left room with a odor. Tony the manager was very polite though.

My Extended Experience Overall, it was a good choice. My main complain is the breakfast service. A lot more can be done. Days with no muffins or breads... Rooms were clean. The location was perfect for me, away from the downtown crowd. The price is reasonable.

Ok Hotel . Very close to Cumberland Mall & shops It smelled as soon as I walked into the room. Room spacious and cozy . Have to go get own towels because we stayed 2 nights.

Cheap hotel in a clean and safe enviroment I would love to THANK Tony at the front desk for being so friendly and welcome. I stay three nights and its was hard to leave.

Good, but more self service than expected The hotel was good for a 2 1/2 star rated hotel. It was outdated & needs new carpet especially, but it was nice & the staff was friendly. I had never stayed at an extended stay, so I didn't realize how much of a self service place it was. You have to take out your own trash & deal with your own towels, which 2 out of the 3 times we tried to get fresh towels, they didn't have any. Waited 15 mins for someone to come to the front desk. Once she arrived the lady was helpful. Checking or was a nightmare. The gentleman working the front desk forced us or of the room before 11:39an arrived.

will stay here again I liked the hotel but breakfast choices and exercise room need to be updated.
