It was good and would be good for extended stay except that interstate hwy noise was excessive.
Room was nice but hotel is a shambles. Hotel was really busy but that shouldn't have given staff the excuse to be so curt and unhelpful. They were really understaffed. Had no towels in the room and had to wait 2 hours and many phone calls to front desk to get one towel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice greenery outside. Quiet considering it's next to highway. Hotel hallways are a complete maze, got lost so many times trying to get to front desk or parking or collegues rooms. There was a fire. One of our mornings we were woken up by the fire alarm, because something happened on the first floor. Our room had a weird smell to it as well, but it was the best price hotel during sxsw close to town.
GReat Location Friend trip for sxsw... great stay... good location. STaff was awesome...Will stay here again.
Room was disappointing. My room was not available even after check in time and I had to leave and return 30 minutes later. There was also stains on furniture, missing drawers in kitchen area, burn holes on the bedding. The air was turned off and it was over 80 degrees in the room. There was also no ice available and 1 ice tray on the fridge turned upside down.
Nice place 4 right price Nice place, low price... It's little dirty, nobody clean the pool

As soon as I walked in the room I noticed the room has a smell to it. The smell was pretty bothersome everytime I walked in it had a strong smell to it. For the most part everything was ok until the second day of my stay was when the ac stopped working and it wasnt cooling at all. Also the day I went to the pool it looked nice good decent size, but as I walked around the pool I noticed something on the edge of the pool almost like a diaper when I looked close it turned out to be a sanitary pad.
