After-hours check in I arrived in Austin very early in the morning and needed to find a location that would check me in after hours. I was told that my he would include a full day but when I checked out I was told that I would be charged another full day for the 5 hours before normal check in, which I didn't think was fair. I haven't looked at my bill yet online, so I don't know what I was actually charged. I was expecting to pay one night and was told I would have to pay to. I hope we can work this out. Convienient And Comfortable There are some awesome ladies running the show at yjis hotel and they have"jumpped tjrough hoops" to make us comfortable and welcome... Tabitha, LaTasha, Krystl, and others are not only pleasant, helpful, friendly, and eager to assist in making ones stay more enjoyable. they are an asset to their company and the reason I woll be back again, and again!

It took close to 45 mins to check in. For breakfast, they have granola bars and packaged muffins, along with coffee. I eat a light breakfast and am fine with this but people who like to eat more and want a variety would not like this. The room size is ok. I wish they would keep plates and utensils in the room instead of calling the front desk.
