The shower head didn't work shower pressure was bad as well as the TV didn't work or outlets by TV and the clock didn't work and we didn't have big towels
I was charged $ 50 for blood on the sheets which wasn't there when we left My daughter is 11 and my son is 15..I asked for proof and they couldn't produce any pics or linen..not happy with this dump
There is a rail road that is 50 feet away from this hotel that u don’t notice at first bc it goes under a nearby bridge. Trains pass by every 30 minutes and it will keep u up at night. Horrible. The beds were not that comfortable but that’s typical for motels. Certain channels on the tv were blinking the entire time. It was annoying to not watch something properly.
Remarkably poor service from the clerk, Abel. I have never felt so embarrassed, bellitled, or worthless as a "guest" as I was that day. Perhaps it is the corporate policy, or perhaps it was just him, but I will actively avoid any concepts associated this brand. WORST SERVICE (if it could be called that) EVER!
Locked out! I arrived after midnight and there was no night clerk. I had to go to another motel and get a room somewhere else!
Location was ok near restaurants but other that that the room was terrible sink was cracking my shower knob was broken had to rig it to turn on the bed was very uncomfortable the tv channels were all fuzzy and recliner didn’t work wud only stay again if there were no other places to stay
Won’t stay again Plenty of places to eat nearby. Hotel sheets and towels had urine stains on them. Lots of shady people around.
My company does construction and my crew did demolition all day. The front desk refused, the room was prepaid for 2 nights, to let my crew check in and stated that they were too dirty. Upon speaking with Expedia, who I utilized to book the rooms, stated that the property refused to reimburse the funds. Expedia in good faith gave my a vochure towards future bookings. I will never stay at a Extended Stay again!
