Walked into my & turned around & canceled my reservation/stay .non smoking room smelled like smoke & mildew ,

The property was filthy, I was afraid to get out of my vehicle, tons of homeless in the parking lot, lurking. Our sheets smells like they hadn’t been washed in some time. Would not recommend.

Was put on the railroad side of the hotel asked if we could move to a different location and was told that is where they put guest who register with Travelocity. When going to our room there was a guest sitting on the walkway spaced out on drugs with crying babies inside room. After getting into room we heard people coming and going into the druggies room all night. Would not still or recommend this location.

Staff not very friendly. Room floor was dirty leaving the bottom of your feet dirty if you did not wear socks or shoes and there were ants in the room. A chair was broken and had to argue with the front desk to even get a replacement chair. Regular toiletries not provided. Beds were so uncomfortable even my 8 year old complained her back hurt from the bed. I would never stay here again.

When we arrived at night, the front receptionist wouldn't open the door for about 10 minutes. When we called inside for the 4th time, she finally got up to open the door. She was completely rude and unprofessional, replying that there was a phone near an elevator with no sign on it. In addition to that, the room had ripped up sheets, coachroaches, multiple flies inside, and the sheets were dirty.

Desayuno La tarifa que nosotros contratamos incluía desayuno continental... que resultó ser un dispensador de café, otro de agua caliente, barritas de cereales y unas magdalenas envasadas, por no haber, ni había ni zumos, ni tostadas.
