It took 3 tries to get a decent room. The staff was wonderful. Very comfortable nights sleep.

I enjoy myself wish I didn’t have to see all the dog poop around the grounds
The description of the hotel says pets stay free but the front desk charged for pets, saying that is their "policy". I explained that i specifically picked this hotel and it's price point because it said not charge and the front desk was not interested in listening.

Friendly Staff The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Always makes you feel like you’re special. The only things I didn’t like was the was a big hole in the bathroom door and the vent in the bathroom wasn’t properly secured. Otherwise the room was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend staying here. Close to the freeway and downtown.
Customer service turned a 2.5 star to 4-5 star. The customer service made this 2.5 star feel like a 4-5 star. The attendant called to make sure the room was up to my standards. She also provided us with the correct number of utensils as well as resturant suggestions. This was for a basketball tournament, so the price was inline with what i was okay in spending. Will stay again if price drops or stays the same.
