The room was messy with stains on the bed and in the bathroom. The towels even had stains on them! There was also cracks in the wall.

Front desk staff were particularly pleasant! Room has nothing to cook with so kitchen was useless.

We really liked how friendly the staff were right off the bat! The room was more than accommodating for the 3 of us too. It’s a pretty minimalistic hotel, but if you just need a place to stay this will do. Can’t stress how friendly the staff were though, really made us feel more at ease since this is a major trip west for us.
