Elias, you know nothing of customer service Elias was the person working at 1045pm on a Monday night. He was unhelpful, unsimpathetic and had a jerk attitude of “yeah whatever, take it or leave it”. Thanks for making any future decisions easy about choosing anywhere else to stay but here. Also the property in general had trash, actual *trash* strewn around the walkways, stairs and parking lot. No thanks!!! Won’t be coming back and hope anyone reading this will consider somewhere else as well.

Housekeeping Stayed here for the high school state wrestling tournament. Boys went to wrestle all day. Upon return from an all day event, boys needed some seriois cleaning up. When I open the door to the room, nothing had been cleaned. Beds were not made, thrash was not taken out. Bathrooms were not cleaned, nor fresh towels. I went to front office around 11pm. Nobody was in lobby. Waited outside for about 10 minutes. I asked the front desk why my room was not cleaned. She stated that housekeeping only shows up every THIRD D... read more

Very noisy The receptionist was very nice and helpful, but our room was facing the highway and it really felt like we were on the highway the entire night. No ear plugs could help this, we tried!

Don’t confuse w/ Extended Stay across street! Crappy internet and cell phone reception.... hard to conduct business / telecommute at this location. Never stay there again. Also noisy clients leaving in the morning.
