Plain and simple. Stayed here a few years ago. Hotel is much improved. Very comfortable. Coffee and snacks for breakfast, just enough to start the day. Front desk was very helpful. Left my jacket in room after checkout. Worked with Marissa to get it returned to me.She packed it up for me to make it ready for a UPS pickup.She was efficient and Professional. Thank you M. Meh :-/ It was just ok. Could not check in early and attendant slow to assist and in checking me in. When I go visit my family again, I won’t be staying at this hotel.

Overall comfortable and quiet. Room was clean and updated. Only thing I didn’t like was the lack of an ice machine. Didn’t trust that no one messed with the ice cubes in the freezer.

I have never had hotel staff ask for an id for the guest that was staying with me. That was a bit odd and made me a little upset because my roomie didn't have an id. Anyway the room was a smoking room and it was really bad smelling, not even an air freshener was provided but I did appreciate the woman at the front desk on a Friday night she was very accommodating.
