Worst night ever The staff on site was beyond lovely, but the condition of this Extended Stay was by far the worst I've ever stayed in. In my first room, the carpet was sticky to walk on, there were food in the refrigerator left from the previous guest and the telephone in the room was sticky with god knows what and had food crumbs. Won’t stay there again. The TV volume didn’t work. The refrigerator had a horrible smell. The plate in the microwave didn’t fit. On Saturday night there was loud music in the parking lot and lots of noise. When we said something they said that we should have called the lobby because they have security never saw them and wondered why they didn’t hear it. Also we couldn’t call because the phone was disconnected.

I will never book a room at that place again I was not able to stay because of hotel policy . I lost my id . It was late and I felt like I was intruding on night staff. The clerk was rude and very unsimpathatic. And I still got charged to stay there. Wow what a night mare.

I have never written a review before but this last experience here really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I honestly didn’t even have any expectations whatsoever for this short stay but this was by far the worst experience I could possibly have.. Management is a joke, Sierra the “manager” doesn’t know anything about hospitality which is pretty ironic considering she works at a hotel. The least you can do is hold yourself accountable when you mess up.
