The room was not ready till after 5 PM. All people in the room needed ID. Office staff did not answer lobby door timely in cold weather condition. Towels and pillowcases were stained and the room smelled foul. The chairs were not wiped off at the table. Breakfast options were limited and out of stock- poor condition poor condition

Worse place ever This was the worse stay I’ve ever had. There was a homeless guy who got locked out of his room next to me. He was yelling in front of my window all night. The security guard did not get him off of the property. He was by my window for about 6 hours yelling and asking the manager to let him back in to get his things. They obviously didn’t let him in. Stay away! I had a prepaid / non refundable reservation and somehow they gave my queen size bed to someone else!? So at 6’4” I got the double bed! I spilled some water on the floor and used a washcloth to clean it up and came up with a very dirty washcloth! Oh and there were no bath towels in the bathroom when I arrived! I’ve stayed at extended stay America properties before but this one was by far the worst!!!

There's a train track with coupling/ uncoupling...extremely loud. Filthy room, bugs, property full of trash and a couple dozen crying cats, domestic violence in rooms, parties, flagrant drug abuse, houseless folks, wifi doesn’t work, they won't give the kitchen cookware/ dishes, it smells like smoke even in the non smoking room, horrible desk agent Madison who was double booking rooms...someone came in while I was at work and went through my things, nanny cam caught who it was...not staff, hourly use of room...I RAN. Dont stay here Horrible experience, they overbooked and left us stranded for a few hours with no room. No uspetting, the receptionist didnt even bother to offer any help. Dont stay here

Noisy One of the worst experiences with a hotel. Our room was behind the elevator & we heard it ding all night. The refrigerator & the air conditioner were also noisy. Pillows were flat; I had to fold it in half. Both chairs at the table were filthy.
