BEST VALUE!!! This was the nicest $80.00 Hotel room I've ever had. I was very impressed with the staff and the facility
Won't stay again. Staff to busy on personal phone call to check us in. No Non-smoking rooms available when requested, had to settle for a smoking. The elevator and whole 3rd floor reeked of cigarette smell. Bed was hard, decor lacking. Was tolerable for passing through town for the night.
Nice Business Hotel The lady at the front desk went and cleaned a room to accomodate us since they were sold out. Although we had booked a non-smoking room, we got a smoking room. We were just thankful to have a place to sleep for the night. That being said, the room was nice and clean. We brought our dogs too! The room had all the amenities a business traveler would need. We enjoyed our stay, and would have stayed longer if they had availibility.I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay.
Last minute stay We booked this hotel on line when our power went out after a big storm hit our area. When we arrived at the hotel a young lady was working the counter and looked a bit stressed. The website was not aware that the hotel had sold out and couldn't accomodate any more guests. I told the girl what our situation was, and how we had 2 dogs waiting in the car. Comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping. I am a contractor and was in the Aberdeen area for my company. I found the hotel staff helpful as I had to call several times for directions. The hotel was comfortable place to come to after a long day. There is a small kitchenette area where you can make your own meals. I would stay there again if I return to the bel air area.
I had 4 rooms for the span of 6/6-610 for a wedding. 1st family complained that the bed was hard and the air conditioner made too much noise, they actually slept with windows open to get rest. 2nd family stated their room smelled like smoke. 3rd family felt room was not clean, stains in toilet, floor sloped. no comment from 4th family
