Nice hotel, but rude welcome I was picked on my choice of smoking room due to my ethnicity. The woman asked me to confirm my ethnicity, even though I asked her why it matters! I arrived 15 mins before checkin time, which probably got the woman upset. I even apologized for being early and thanked her for trying to get me situated. I did that despite feeling completely unwelcome. I should not have had to apologize! I have worked as a motel receptionist before and I have never make a guest feel like they needed to apologize! Good Stay, but... I stayed for one night and everything was fine except the employee at the front desk couldn't give me a receipt because he couldn't access the computer before the manager arrived.

Ok if you have an early flt or work nearby Rooms clean, but worn due to use.

We had been told when we scheduled by phone airport shuttle, but not by their provider, it was a cab or sneak to the other hotel shuttle. Then promised return trip to he hotel fell short. An hour late!
