definitely an extended stay hotel Front desk staff was very friendly. This hotel is for longer stays and I only stayed 1 night. They don't supply shampoo, conditioner or lotion like other hotels. There was 1 little bar of soap. Front desk staff printed my boarding pass for my flight home. There isn't a business center if you have business needs.

You get what you pay for We were looking to just have a weekend getaway and try a new hotel, but it wasn't the best... Where do I begin! -The door did not fit to the jam: I could see out into the hall!!! -Peep hole: it was stuffed with tissue!!!! Never too the tissue out... -Sock in the bed: we found a sock in the bed that did not belong to us -Bathroom: in the shower, it felt like there was a hole in the tub that they tried to cover up. Sucked False advertising… roaches… bad hospitality policies for room service for guess…..they don’t clean nor provide services to guests that stay less then a week

Room required cleaning and updates This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The pictures are from room 346. The shower rod that was literally falling out of the wall and the refrigerator. Went to go speak to management multiple times to see about getting a new room and could never find anyone finally gave up at 11 PM and just stayed in the room for the night.

Smoke alarm kept going off upon entry, staff member was not very helpful due to having no knowledge of anything other than informing her manager of our concerns, previous attendants smoked in room and tampered with smoke alarm, elevator was inoperable, and someone HAULKED a big glob on spit in the stairwell that we had to use to travel to and from 1st and 2nd floor.
