CUSTOMER SERVICE CANDICE WAS UNFRIENDLY, I HAD TO COME DOWN STAIRS 4 TIMES BECAUSE THE ROOM KEY DIDNT WORK SO CANDICE HAD TO COME AND OPEN IT. SHE HAD A FACE LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HER. THE AC UNIT DIDNT WORK SO I HAD TO CALL TO GET INTO ANOTHER ROOM.
