Just 2 issues. The room that we were in, the bed felt like a person slept in the middle and left a indention. Pillows smelled like sweat. Need to bleach and wash in hot water or thrown out. Room was very clean. Looked like a studio apartment.

No USB hookups My suite was a decent size and very clean. I was disappointed there was no usb to use in the room. I had to go out and buy one for charging my phone. I am spoiled to hotels having a usb connection. Also the Wi-Fi is only free if you use low end Wi-Fi to check email only. If you want to to use the web for any browsing or video you will need to pay for it.

This property was very clean, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We were able to "checkout" dishes and pans for our kitchenette. It was a wonderful experience!

Front desk staff refused to allow guests to use lobby restrooms which is strange, and even rude. This is a worse inconvenience than previous times i have stayed here that rooms were actually dirty and nonfunctional.

Pathetic service It’s absolutely ridiculous that everyone has to show their ID to stay there. I’ve been in hundreds of hotels and they only ask for the person who is responsible for the room. The lady at the front desk took me on about it in the morning. Absolutely unprofessional!
