Location and convenience. They should clean rooms better. Seen a sweatband that wasnt mine and floor needs to be vacuum corner to corner.

I had to keep calling the desk for fresh towels. Was told to leave the dirty ones outside my door and they would bring me new ones. Well they got the ones, but never brung me fresh ones. Had to keep calling for fresh ones and they told me to come pick them up.

Functional, but NO gym or pool The description in hotels.com is wrong: it does NOT have a gym or a pool. Otherwise, it was fine, but nothing fancy; 10-15 minutes from everywhere in Birmingham that we needed or wanted to go.

The staff are excellent! No question. The laundry room was littered. Breakfast minimal.
