The office closes at 11 pm. I had to go outside and pick up the phone on the wall and cal someone to check us in. The person copied my credit card instead of swiping. I thought it strange and asked what they would do with it. They said it would be shredded. We were on the third floor. No elevators but we were fine. Not everyone would be. I enjoyed my stay i only wished the room had garbage cans,a remote,and dishes...they droped the ball in that area but other than that it was fine

They didn't have the room i reserved available so i received a free upgrade but the room smelled like marajua. I had to spray lysol to get rid of the smell. I dont smoke so it was horrible.
