Cold showers The room was nice, but we had to take cold showers for 2 days. When I went to the office the receptionist told me that everyone was checking out and all the hot water ran out. So we had to take a cold shower because we had things to do. Then that night the water was still cold. If you want to take a hot shower please don't go to this one.
Reasonable for the price. 2.5 - 3 Stayed for one night while on the road. The staff is pleasant and accomadating. Facilities are good for a pet friendly business and the room had new bedding. Breakfast needs serious help though. My phone map system couldnt find the hotel but the locations are marked well.
Business Trip The price for the hotel was great. However there seems to be an infestation problem with the cockroaches and stink bugs. I informed the staff upon check out that they needed to get the place sprayed. When I woke up up in the morning to take a shower there was a cockroach waiting for me in the tub itself. And there was an inch and a half long one outside the room on the wall clear as day. I travel to that part of town every month because of work and I may consider changing to another hotel in the area.
A Relaxing stay away Excellent customer's service. a very comfortable relaxing stay. Highly recommended.
Close to worksite The hotel was sufficient for what I needed it for since it was just myself. Now had I brought my wife down there I would have chosen another hotel. The marijuana smoke coming out some of the rooms was a bit disturbing along with the insect infestation. Otherwise it was a good experience. The location was good.
It was just to get away for a couple of hours. It wasn't so clean. The sink had something that was poured into it was spaldered all over the kitchen sink. The bathroom sink was dirty and the toilet wasn't clean.
Close to Work Site Overall it was an ok experience. I have stayed at better extended stays tho.
One night stay on long trip The staff was very friendly, which was the highlight of the stay. The room really needed to be updated and contained many items in need of repairs. My children enjoyed the pool but the lighting was very poor at the pool. I used the laundry room but the washer and dryer made mys clothes stink like cigarette smell. The coffee on the continental breakfast was very good.
The hotel room was roomy and the bed was very comfortable
