THE TRUTH First walking in, the odor was nice, staff was okay and there is no room service, so you must go to office to get things needed. The carpet in the hallway do need a good shampooing, but I wasn't sleeping on the floor so that didn't bother me. The room I had was non-smoking and it had a nice clean smell to it. However, when I turn the sheet back on the bed, it had stains on it (light brown looking) and I just threw it on floor because I had brought my own. O K for the money the overall experinces was ok for the money. But they need to pay more attendtion to house keeping issues.

Pleasant I would stay at this hotel every time I traveled! Upon check in, I was supplied with extra coffee & towels. Check in was speedy and pleasant. The room was clean & perfect!! We were VERY impressed.

Won't be staying here again The staff was very courteous and helpful when needed, however we were put in a smoking room after we reserved a non-smoking. They attempted to cover the smell of the smoking up with terrible air freshner. We had to go home and wash EVERYTHING to get the stench out. We are non-smokers for a reason and I don't want to carry that God awful smell with me. The layout of the rooms is terrible. My husband was walking down the hallway, when a man entered his room. ok for the price We chose the hotel because of the kitchen suite. However there were very little supplies in the kitchen. We had to purchase some cookware. The oven door wouldn't open all the way. There wasn't even paper towels or dish washing liquid in the room. Bed was comfy though. Asked for non-smoking room and got smoking. A/C quit working in middle of night but was quickly repaired. Over all... OK for the price.

Bowl Game in Birmingham Front desk was friendly. No room service unless you stayed 7 or more nights- understandable. If we needed anything (towels ect.) we could contact the front desk. I enjoyed having a full kitchen. There was a Super Walmart across the street, and only minutes away from a lot of places to eat, movie theatre, and shopping plazas. Nice hotel The hotel was nice but the hallways smelled of smoke (even though we were in the non smoking area) and musty and all night we heard nothing but barking dogs coming from the room next door. But overall it was nice considering the price. I would stay there again.

Positvie Experience Staff was courteous and concerned that our room was acceptible. The clerk called to see if we needed anything or if any problems existed with the room. It was clean and priced well. Good location.

Great room for the money My stay was very pleasant. The staff was the best they were very friendly. I had the opportunity to meet someone on every shift and the hospitality was the same. The room was very clean, and had one incident where the iron messed up my white pants but the staff had them laundered for me and gave them back the same day. The only thing that I can say that may not be positive is that the halls reaped of a smoky smell, but I could deal with that it wasn't in my room. Overall the stay was very pleasant
