Great rate and even better staff Staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are as pictured. If you need anything, all you have to do is ask!

Ok Stay. The agent at the desk was absolutely wonderful. Excellent customer service. I didn't care for people hanging around in the lobby. The bathroom tub had not been properly cleaned and needs to be updated around the stopper. It is rusted out and high (what appears to be calcium).

Extended Stay Review - Bloomington Great value and very clean and comfortable. No issues would have paid more if I had to. No reason to stay at comparable hotels for 2x the price.

Bit of disappointment. It was a last minute trip for me. When I got to my room the outside of the refrigerator was dirty. Some of the worker there kept trying to flirt with me and were unprofessional. Also I think they have bed bugs cause I woke up with bite marks on me. So I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon. But I will say the girl at the front desk (Valencia) was a sweetheart and very nice,she does her job very well.
