Twilight Zone Creepy Clerk Frontdesk cashier male clerk was extremely difficult and extra harsh to me while transacting my room extension. I'm a single woman and travel a lot for work and his guy front desk , made the check in very very difficult . Not Good.

Roomy with needed housekeeping improvement Pillow case was dirty which made us look at the sheets and there were a couple of spots. Question whether it was actually changed. The room setup is great as it had a bedroom, pull out couch which got jammed. What makes it great is that it has a kitchenette and 2 full bathrooms that really helps with getting everyone ready and out the door. One shower needs the grout redone as it appeared a bit black.

Had no issues but was given a room nexr to the stairway and you can hear everyone passing by.

Although some features of the hotel were updated and the room was basically clean, the breakfast was horrible, the exterior door paint was peeling, the lobby was dirty and there weren't any kitchen items in the room. I arrived late and I didn't feel comfortable asking for the items at that time.
