Lack of cleanliness Sheets were not clean. There was hair between the sheets on both beds. When we asked for room service they said they only clean once a week so we didn’t not get clean sheets for the 3 nights we were there

The beds are definitely not the most comfortable. The beds are on the hard side. :(

First room smelled like smoker even thought it was a nonsmoking room. they did switch my room. Breakfast was pretty bad. two types of breakfast/granola bars, a few muffins in plastic and coffee.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Each person we encountered during our stay went above and beyond for us as well as other guests. I am very sensitive to smoke and my only complaint about our stay was smokers. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town!
