The room was fine with the exception of the towels feeling like sandpaper. Hotels .com service was terrible I'll never use the service again in the future. I spoke with 2people that you could not understand. I had to spell simple words for them
Good for extended stay Very adequate & good value for long stay. Staff very responsive. Most residents are long term & many work a night shift Might disappoint for short, typical hotel stay for lack of many hotel sceneries and niceties: Very limited TV stations, no sit down breakfast space, no courtesy access to coffee, watr or rest room in lobby area, no computer for guest use, no exercise room, no hair dryer in bathroom, no hand lotion, no daily maid service. Fast Night staff un friendly and the morning breakfast was taken down too early
Easy access Easy access to airport and closr to 24 hr. Convient stores and fast food.
Excellent Staff Clean, quiet, great staff, close to downtown - I would highly recommend this hotel
Boise Trip Extended Stay Overall the stay was ok, although I would not stay there again.
A pleasant surprise Was not expecting much for the price I was quoted, but took Expedia's advice and booked it anyway as the sales man highly recommended it. The late night clerk was very nice and pro active. Upon entering the room, I found it to be clean, quite, and included a kitchenette. My 3 night stay was great with no noise interruptions of any sort. Will be staying at other Extended Stay America hotels whenever it is an option during my travels.
