Nice but noisey The hotel room was fine. The staff was responsive. Unfortunatley, the news from the room's refrigerator turning on and off all night made it impossible to sleep. The walls were also poorly sound insulated resulting in you hearing every sound from the adjoining rooms.
Just a quick stop over Every couple of months we travel to the South Shore area to visit family. We usually stay here since it is (1) convenient, (2) clean, and (3) priced right. Plus the staff is very nice and remember us on each visit.
Good Value Great location for the price. If you are looking for luxury, not here but quite convienent for that part of town. Safe area. Good value.
Too noisy This is a very convenient hotel, but the noise level between rooms is a bit much. The walls must be paper thin with no insulation. The person on the floor above me seems to walk around the room for hours. I could plainly hear the converstion in the room next to mine. The beds are very hard and pillows. I wouldn't stay again.
donna & michelle i just wanted to thank donna and michelle for all there help , they were extremely helpful to me, and they we able to get me the room i desired , they made my stay very comfor\table and the customer service was excellent . i look forward to returning soon.
Good Deal and Location The hotel is clean, convenient and well priced. It is also in a very good location to see Boston or travel within New England.
Great Place, Great Price Convenient location with several stores and restaurants nearby. There is a mall only a couple miles away as well. The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. I was accidentally booked into a smoking room, but they apologized and moved me immediately. Apparently Hotels.com sometimes puts people into smoking rooms when the hotel is almost full even if non-smoking is specified.
