Go elsewhere for Breakfast - the mall, maybe? Room clean, bed comfy, AC good. Their "Breakfast" is a bit sparse. Fruit, coffee, and wrapped commercial muffins. Adequate to keep from starving, but not very satisfying.

Extended Stay This is a clean, basic hotel experience. Staying there for business was perfect since it had the kitchenette.

Average I tried this hotel again after calling and finding out that there was a remodel in the building. I was still unimpressed by the hotel. As a home away from home I feel like the quality of the rooms are just average. I have been to one other extended stay hotel and it was the same kind of average condition. The beds are ok, the towels kind of small and scratchy and the ventilation in the rooms with the kitchen are not very good. great for a mini vacation aka weekend the hotel was nice and simple and quite and i enjoyed going there and plan on going back,The only thing was the stove one of the coals didnt work and had to use one to cook for three people but besides that it was a good weekend stay

Friendly staff but minimal amenities I have come to really like having a kitchen in my hotel room when I travel. This is why I chose Extended Stay for my recent trip the the Boston area. Here are some things to know before your stay: Bring your own shampoo and lotion - Extended Stay does not provide any. There is no house keeping for reservations under 6 days (unless you pay an extra fee (boo!)). newly remodeled New carpet, flooring. Furniture mixed old/new. Very convenient to highways and Quincy Adams MBTA stop to get in to Boston. Limited food and points of interest in immediate area. Target in the mall has full grocery store. Blue Hills Reservation with walking trails very close.

Meh. The staff was courteous, but didn't seem to know the town very well. The taxi service they recommended was AWESOME (Braintree Best Taxi), and knew the town very well. Rates were reasonable as well. The whole time we were there the hallways STUNK. Someone was cooking very unappealing food almost constantly, and as a result the whole hotel smelled bad.
