Vacation We stayed for 3 nights for just a weekend getaway. Saw the sights in Salem and relaxed in the Hotel mostly. It was nice being able to come back to the hotel and having the kitchen to cook your own meals. We were a little disappointed that the pool was locked but we didn't really have time for a swim anyways.
Helpful staff modest accommodation The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay on several occasions. They went out of their way to assist with needs. Hotel interior was a bit unkept, garbage in elevator, hallway had an odor. Room was comfortable. Pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. had to be requested and was not readily available in the room as have been in many of the extended stays I've stayed in. Convenient to local attractions, however there is a lot of traffic in the immediate area.

Nice and out of the way The hotel was a little farther from the facility I was visiting than I had hoped but was out of the way where I could walk for exercise but close enough to things that I could go places without much problem.

Great customer service Hotel had some problems due to flooding so we had to be on the smoking floor But we had a wedding and they let us check out at 3:00 pm!!!!! Saved us as I forgot to book an extra night Thank you !!!
Decent hotel Our room was clean and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and nice. The pillows were not very good. Also, the hallway outside our room was under some type of construction - exposed walls, floor, wiring and lights in the ceiling, and construction tools were left sitting in the middle of the hallway, around which we had to navigate just to walk to the elevator.
not what i reserved through hotels.com When I booked the room, I picked this hotel, because it was the only smoking room I could find. When I checked in, it was a non smoking room. The hotel accommodated me by putting me near a door, but it wasn't what I reserved.
