The counter was not clean and I had to wipe off coffee. There was no way to get ice or even glass in room. The cabinets are showing lots of wear.

Had family emergency, asked for 45 minute later check-out. It was denied outright. Sadly, that is the impression with which I left this ESA; other than that major inconvenience, had a good stay.
It was beautiful clean but no heat the furnace did not work I was freezing all night I checked out at 3:00 a.m.
