People and pets hanging out in the lobby and parking lot. Hallways in poor condition.

It has a bad odor when I went into my floor
Well kept, affordable last minute booking. Room has an oven and a stove!

Parking lot area did not feel safe. Several different folks hanging around outside the building at different times. There was no dining. Coffee in the lobby and instant oatmeal to take away.
