Good hotel on the outskirts of boston Hotel room big; Has standard amenities; Small kitchen; Big couch and a queen-size bed with a giant LCD TV; Bathroom sink outside bathroom; But two complaints - Cleanliness is below par; The breakfast is grab and go but the quality of what's on offer is below par - apples were dented and unripe, oily/stale muffins, etc.

First trip to Mass---excellent hotel! This was a spectacular hotel! We would stay there again in a minute! My only complaint is no ice makers in the hotel and no ice in the freezer in the room so there was none available when we arrived. But we felt like we were the only people in the hotel from service to quietness.....it was excellent!

Good overnight stay. Once I got to the right hotel, things were fine. There are 3 different Extended Stays in Westborough.
Good deal for the price Only a small partial roll of TP was in the bathroom with no extra roll when we got there. Few common areas of the building need some maintenance but not serious.
Moderate In terms of room size and furniture, it was okay. Otherwise, the A/C was uncontrollable. It was too cold and we could not turn it off or lower it. For two adults, we had one toilet roll for fours. Each time we go to the front desk to get supplies, no one was available. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were free. Generally, it was a nice hotel and I will recommend it to anyone.
