Difficult to navigate to Overall, it was a a great place to stay. No breakfast on Sunday was a letdown. Front desk staff not very knowledgeable about surrounding area, including where to get breakfast on a Sunday morning. Too many confusing turns and loops to get the hotel.

Nothing wrong, nothing inspired While there's nothing wrong with this place, you don't leave inspired by its cleanliness or anything. Smells like stale smoke in the hall, older generally including linens. Breakfast seems to be anything that comes prepackaged.

Wouldn't recommend The cleanliness of this hotel wasn't bad, however, one of the receptionists was terrible. My luggage was also lost from my flight in, and the hotel didn't even have shampoo to give me. The first room that they gave me keys to also wasn't ready, so they had to give me keys to another. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This was a good value. The only things I can pick against this hotel was that although the 2nd floor was a "No Smoking" floor, clearly people were smoking in their rooms as the halls smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. It seeped a little into the room. The other issue was thath the top of the refrigerator had not been dusted in some time.

Extended Stay Deluxe Boston- Westborough An excellent Hotel. We wished we could stay longer. The receptionists were very nice. We did not have our meals over there, though. The hotel was just like living in your own home. They have a full kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, kitchen sink and kitchen cabinet with spoons, plates and cups (not disposable) and other cooking utensils. Great value Hotel was clean and well worth the money. Front desk staff was excellent. They helped with all my questions and were curtious. I would stay there again. Be aware that pets are allowed here.

Convenient, Clean, Cost-effective I had stayed once before at the lower end Extended Stay and the "Deluxe" version actually made a big difference. It was cleaner, and just had a better feel. I would stay there again.

GOOD PRICE WITH SHORT STAYING I got a good rate with this hotel, room was clean, stuff was friendly. bathroom was very clean, bed too soft. I only stay there for the nights, not days, so the security and the cleanness of the room was satisfied enough. Will stay again if visiting around. please update the photos for your rooms, they seemed too old. your room was much better than that. I was almost fooled by the photos.
