It was ADEQUATE It was what we were looking for. A clean place to sleep for the night. The exercise room is a joke, the equipment is from 1900. I didn't even see a pool. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Just missing a pool It was clean and well maintained from what I have seen. The stove worked well and the fridge as well. Lots of space and very clean. Just need a pool and this would be a great hotel I think.

Extremely Comfortable Stay Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were good size with full ktichen and very clean! They also allowed dogs which was a big plus.

Extended Stay Boston in Westborough The staff was extremely friendly and accomidating. When we first entered our room, which was non-smoking, we could tell someone had definitely been smoking in there. We did not stay in that room, but nicely requested a different room. The second room we got was not as nice as the first one, as it was the handicapped room and had a different layout, but it did smell very clean and free of cigarettes. Decent Place to Stay But Wifi Access was spotty at best I enjoyed staying at this hotel but the hi speed internet access wouldn't stay connected with my laptop computer. Normally this laptop computer works nearly everywhere there is a wifi connection. In fact, as a test I went over to a fast food establishment across the road and the wifi worked fine over there. "Unbeatable location for the price" Visiting friends and some sites in Boston. This hotel was easily accessible to all the places we needed to go.

Extended Stay Westborough There was a liquid spill on the elevator that was there for hours and a bit of a smell when we got to the second floor. We were disappointed to be charged an extra $5 for an "extra" guest (we are husband and wife staying in one room, one bed. When we booked and on the card in the room, breakfast was advertised, but we were told this was not provided on the weekend. The room was pretty nice, but there really was no service.

Good room for the money You probably have more male guests than female guests. The one thing I missed was not having any cream rinse after I shampooed my hair. This is definitely a woman's must have.
