A stay worry free.. myself and family have been here at the extended stay in Woburn for a good amount of time, I can honestly say that Cindy(manager) and her staff have made what could have been an extremely stressful situation into a comfortable experience. CIndy has been awesome with the smallest of life's surprises to the biggest...in saying this I have to add that the skill in costumer service is top notch..THANKYOU CINDY FOR MAKING THE STAY HERE A LOT EASIER...

Clean but cold The pool was the best feature. The room didn't have bedding for the pull out couch. We had to ask. The unit didn't have kitchen supplies. We had to ask. There wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper. We had to ask. The grab and go breakfast was dated. People don't want to eat sugary items these days. They want protein. Fine, but a few issues Slight cigarette smell in the room. Also, random fireworks and firecrackers were set off during the night (it was not the 4th!) Some seemingly as close as the parking lot.

For where we were travelling ESA in Woburn fit the bill. The room was quite cramped but my daughters and I were able to stay there a couple nights. Service was a bit spotty. One of the ladies would put up an unavailable sign, but then go out for a smoke. And one night there was a large group partying and apparently several folks had complained to the front desk. Extended Stay isn't like the others... Make sure you're fully aware of the housekeeping services offered--or not--for your stay. I was not, and had none. Trouble with bathroom sink drain, towel left on bathroom door, drapes not closing all the way...mostly minor. Room was spacious and well-appointed.

Decent, not great Fine place for extended hospital or one night while traveling. Some of the customers were a bit suspect looking. A few appeared that they lived at the hotel year round. Front desk attendant told me they had problems with ladies and men of the night frequenting the hotel... don't think she was supposed to tell me that. We saw no evidence of it, thankfully!
