My only complaint is the yard work being done outside my window early in the morning.

Nice location, staff always smile. A little far for me if you want to go to the beach. But I love how clean my room was. But you have a lot of places to eat excellent food.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Fresh, clean linens, clean bathroom, nice and bright, and the room is clean!! Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. And the best part is the brand new Hotel with 4 floors with elevator grab and go breakfast. Pet are welcome, about 30 minutes from Anna Maria Island.

Excellent
Exceptional front desk staff Eleace and her manager at the front desk had exceptional customer service. At 11pm Eleace was super helpful in making adjustments to my reservation. She was determined to make sure we got what we needed. I've rarely come across this level of service.
Location is nice next to Walmart and the building is clean. I don’t see the camera recording, it would be nice if they have that
