Nice hotel The hotel was clean; the staff was friendly and effective; checkinibg in was simple and fast; breakfast was better than expected; checking out was just as efficient. The location was perfect for my purpose.

Feather Pillows and Flight Patg This place is certainly clean, comfortable and great facilities but h dear is right in the flight path for Dulles International Airport so many low flying aircraft overhead. The only other complaint is the feather pillows, you either love them or hate them. Personally I hate them and had to buy two pillows for the sanity of my sleep. Apart from that, great kitchen loads of appliances to cook with just don't fry anything as it sets off the fire alarm.

Bark, bark, bark They are pet friendly so if you have a dog that's great, but if you don't be ready to hear some barking. Very thin walls. Also promotional picture is of two rooms, not one room. The bed and sofa bed are in the same room.

Very small rooms. One common bath. TV in one room doesn't work. I called to let them know so I wouldn't be charged.

Full Mini Kitchen, and great location Walking distance to Santinis, Long Horn, and others. Long Horn has some great beers to chose from
