Big room, good price We love TownePlace Suites because it's the only hotel with affordable 2 bedroom suites that fithe our whole family. The stay was pleasant, but it's really close to Dulles so you hear planes landing often. The bed was a little hard and we had ants in the kitchen. Overall, I'd still stay here again.

Easy access Breakfast was mediocre, no fresh fruit for 2 of the 5 days
A week to tour Washington D.C. I really like this hotel, but the construction of the building is more like an apartment building. The stairway to the 2nd floor was on the other side of the wall. The head board of the bed in the large bed room was on the same wall. We literally heard every step loud and clear all night until we fell asleep. We have stayed in other hotels right next to a stair way without hearing anything. Just What We Were Looking For This was the perfect hotel for us - with a little one (2.5 years) it was great to have a kitchen. And the free breakfast has everything we needed for all of us. A convenient drive into Washington for site seeing. My family and I would definitely stay at this chain again.
