The price was right, but everything there was obviously very heavily used. Sheets look like they are past replacing time, carpet was pretty rough, non-carpet areas sticky, furniture chipped, and water smelled a bit off. There was a dead cockroach in the same stairwell for at least 2 days. If you're a person just there for work it's fine, but I wouldn't want to stay there with a family.

It felt like a hospital room with fingerprint and soap splatter on walls. It felt very big free..best thing.. clinical room.
